AmaWaterways Wine River Cruises are now operating on nearly every major river in Europe and are one of the most popular river cruises from their extensive catalog of itineraries. Paul Lasley and Elizabeth Harryman have been reporting on the travel industry for decades and, in his previous job, he was a wine journalist and thus his appreciation for this subject is undeniable. Each Wine River Cruise has at least one Wine Expert, often a vintner who create some of the finest wines in the industry, who conduct wine tastings, give lectures, assist in tours of local vineyards and mingle with the passengers. It is a fantastic European vacation.
